### How much do you pay per kilo?

We pay 40p per kilo in cash, weighed on industrial scales in front of you. There are no deductions, sorting fees, or handling charges. The number on the scale is the number you get paid.

### Do I need to book?

Yes. Drop-off is by appointment only. Use our contact form on the homepage to arrange a time that suits you. This helps us manage space and make sure we're ready when you arrive.

### What can I bring?

- Good condition adult and children's clothing

- Paired shoes and boots (adults and children)

- Handbags

- Hats

- Sunglasses

Everything must be clean and in good condition.

### What can't you accept?

- Bad quality, wet, stained or ripped items

- Bedding or curtains

- Underwear

- Towels

- Carpets or rugs

- School or work uniforms with logos

- Pajamas

- Bric-a-brac

- Single unpaired shoes

When in doubt, book an appointment and bring it. We'll tell you at the scale.

### Do you take shoes?

Yes, provided they're in matched pairs and in good condition. Tie or band them together if possible. Single unpaired shoes we can't accept.

### Do you accept wet, damaged or stained items?

No. Wet, stained or mouldy items contaminate everything else in the load, so we have to refuse them. If clothes got wet in storage, dry them out first and bring what's still in good condition. Lightly worn or faded is fine. Wet, stained or mouldy is not.

### Where do I park?

Free parking is available right outside Unit 8B, Parklands Business Centre, 44 Chartwell Road, Lancing BN15 8UE. Pull up as close to the unit door as you can.

### How long does the drop-off take?

Most drop-offs are done in under five minutes. Bring the bags in, we weigh, we hand over the cash, you're back in the car. Larger loads might take ten to fifteen minutes.

### Where does the clothing actually go?

Wearable items are resold into the second-hand trade.

### How do I book my appointment?

Use the contact form on our homepage. Let us know when you'd like to drop off and roughly how many bags you have. We'll confirm your booking.
